Property valuation

An independent, defensible opinion of what a property is worth — for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional assets across Ghana. Every figure is supported by evidence, and every assumption is stated where you can see it.

When you need one

Bank financing and mortgage security. Sale or purchase decisions. Insurance cover. Accounting, audit, and financial reporting. Estate administration, divorce, and other legal matters. Each purpose changes the basis of value and the report format — we confirm both in the engagement letter before work begins.

How we reach the figure

A clear brief, a physical inspection, and verified market evidence come first. We then apply the approaches the asset calls for — income, comparable, or cost — and reconcile them into an adopted value with the reasoning shown. If documentation or site findings limit certainty, the report says so plainly.

What you receive

A signed valuation report with the evidence schedule, method, assumptions, and limiting conditions — delivered through the private client portal, with hard copies on request. Reports are prepared to stand before a credit committee, a board, an auditor, or a court.
